CONTINUED.....

After landing in Malaysia and resting, we drove to the labs for testing. We found out quickly that some of my blood parameters were out of sync.

Next, it was off to the Clinic to have my heart and major organs scanned. Heart was interesting, all explained in detail. What came up was a complete surprise to me as well as the others. It seems I have let myself go and have not been observing the rules that I have preached to my clients. The result? My blood pressure was 173/94. My blood was very thick and oxygen deprived, leading to an inflated middle wall in my heart; Intra-Vernacular Septum, I believe. To top all that off, my prostate was the size of a beach ball. The PSA wasn't too high, but enough to worry about. Then the real stuff came out. The blood tests and the scan showed that my liver was very fatty. Well, how interesting, I thought. I was just checked a while ago and supposedly was ok.

Seems that standard blood tests do not give us a complete picture of what is truly occurring. If there was one thing I had learned it was that you truly have to study the parameters of the blood, and all other internal liquids, to understand the condition of our organs. It takes study, and not just the speculation that all is normal. After all, one only has to read the normal parameter guidelines to understand that normal is not really that normal, as there are too many parameters and lifestyles that can affect what we deem as normal. One must also take into consideration that not all laboratories are the same so results can become a different issue in a different lab. We first noticed this when we would check for viral load in HIV and Hep C cases and have now witnessed it as well in Haematology.

Off we go! On to treating what I had...
